Before she taught people to find their voice, Eltina spent years finding, testing and using her own.

Singer-songwriter, performer, producer and mentor, her career has moved across stages, studios, television and international creative productions. From releasing her own music and appearing on the Times Square Billboard to coaching on The Voice of Albania and producing for Disney, every chapter has added another dimension to what “voice” really means.

Today, she brings that experience into everything she creates, whether she is performing, mentoring an artist, preparing a speaker for the room, hosting a conversation or building a community around creative expression.
