ABOUT

A LIFE BUILD ON VOICE

THE WOMAN BEHIND THE VOICE

CREATIVITY HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY HOME

Through every chapter, one thing has remained constant: a belief in the power of the human voice - to express, to connect, to heal, to lead and to create change.

I'm Eltina Minarolli - singer, songwriter, producer, coach, host and founder. My journey has taken me from stages and studios to television sets, from international collaborations to coaching rooms and conversations that matter.

CHAPTERS

A JOURNEY IN MOTION

Different stages. One through line.

Each chapter has shaped who I am today, and how I show up in the world.

"The voice is more than sound. It's identity, freedom and possibility"

THE BEGINNING

A deep connection to music from an early age, shaped by curiosity, discipline and a love for storytelling.

THE ARTIST

Recording artist, performer and songwriter, with my music reaching international audiences, including featured in Times Square Billboards.

BEHIND THE SCENES

Years in production and television, including work with Disney and other global projects, gave me a deep understanding of storytelling from every angle.

THE MENTOR

As a coach on The Voice of Albania, I had the priviledge of guiding emerging talent and witnessing the transformative power of belief.

TODAY

Coaching, creating, hosting, building Voices without Borders, Let's talk with Tina. A bigger platform for collaboration, connection and opportunity.

MORE THAN A TITLE

ARTIST. MENTOR. CREATOR. HUMAN.

I'm driven by people, stories and the spaces where creativity meet real life. Whether on stage, in a studio, in a coaching session, or behind a conversation, my work is always about the same thing: helping voices be heard and fulfilling their potential.

WHAT DRIVES ME

A BIGGER STAGE FOR HUMAN CONNECTION

Today through coaching, music, Let's talk with Tina, and Voices Without Borders, I'm creating spaces for deeper conversations, stronger connections and more opportunities - for artists, creators and ambitious people everywhere.

"Different paths, same purpose - to make voices matter"
